The Forward View is INAYA’s public research stream — monthly notes that procurement, finance, and risk leaders inside commodity-exposed companies can read in a coffee break. Two streams alternate: timely “insights” that read the current market through a procurement lens, and “playbooks” that turn methodology into a chapter (how to defend a fixing, how to structure a hedging committee, how to model BOM-linked exposure, how to audit a forecast).
The Forward View is not market data and it is not vendor content. It is the methodology INAYA uses with customers, rendered as a reading list anyone can use — whether they buy INAYA or not. The bet is that procurement teams who think this way about commodity decisions end up needing INAYA naturally; the ones who don’t, get to upgrade their practice anyway.
Each issue is around 800–2,000 words, ends with an explicit takeaway, and cites every quantitative claim. New issues land at /resources. The mailing list is one issue per month — no recycled posts, no promotions.
