1. Who we are and scope
These Terms are between you and INAYA SRL, with registered office at Via Mascheroni 29, 20145 Milano, Italy — VAT no. 14662680967 ("INAYA", "we").
They apply only to the public marketing website inaya.ai and to any pre-contractual interaction (trial requests, newsletter subscription) that takes place on it. The INAYA platform itself (delivered through the authenticated application at app.inaya.ai) is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement / Trial Agreement provided to you at activation.
2. Acceptance
By accessing inaya.ai or by submitting a form on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Trial and pre-contractual contact
Submitting a trial request through this site does not, by itself, create a contract. We will follow up to confirm your eligibility, scope of access and any commercial terms. A trial, once activated, is governed by the trial terms communicated to you at activation (typically 30 days, full features, no commitment).
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and use the service for legitimate business purposes. INAYA is not intended for personal or consumer use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access or attempt to access the site or service without authorisation;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise copy the site's content for redistribution;
- submit false, misleading or other people's contact details through our forms;
- use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
6. Intellectual property
All content on inaya.ai — including text, graphics, logos, the INAYA name, software, model outputs and research notes — is the property of INAYA SRL or its licensors and is protected by Italian and international copyright and trademark law. The Forward View articles may be read and shared with attribution and a link back; no other reuse is permitted without prior written consent.
7. Forward-looking statements
Forecasts, scenarios, and any forward-looking information published on this site or generated by the INAYA platform are analytical outputs, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. They are based on data and models available at a given moment in time, carry inherent uncertainty, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any commercial, financial or hedging decision. Use of INAYA outputs is at your own risk and at the discretion of your qualified internal decision-makers.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the website or any content on it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Italian and EU law, INAYA SRL, its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website, including (without limitation) lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) €100 or (b) any amount paid by you to INAYA in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service changes or for legal reasons. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of inaya.ai will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy, save for any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
